ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT WED OCT 7 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Joaquin, located several hundred miles south of Cape Race, Newfoundland. 1. A tropical wave located about 550 miles east of the Leeward Islands is producing an elongated area of showers and thunderstorms.
