ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 PM PDT TUE SEP 8 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Linda, located a few hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. An area of low pressure is expected to develop several hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec later this week. Environmental conditions are then forecast to be conducive for gradual development of this system while it moves generally west-northwestward at about 10 mph. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent Forecaster Brown
