ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 PM EDT FRI SEP 4 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Fred, located more than a thousand miles southwest of the Azores. 1. A tropical wave, accompanied by a large area of cloudiness and thunderstorms, is located a few hundred miles south of the Cape Verde Islands.
