Shower and thunderstorm activity continues in association with a broad area of low pressure located about 650 miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Moderate to strong upper-level winds that have prevented development during the past 24 hours are forecast to steadily decrease and become more conducive for tropical cyclone formation during the next day or two.
