TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT TUE SEP 30 2014 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: 1. A low pressure area located just to the northwest of Bermuda is producing a few showers and thunderstorms while it moves slowly northward. Significant development of this system is not anticipated due to increasingly strong upper-level winds.
