For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on
recently downgraded Tropical Depression Dolly, located inland over
Mexico.

1. A tropical wave is forecast to move off the west coast of Africa
on Thursday. Environmental conditions are expected to be conducive
for some development of this system through the weekend while it
moves westward at about 15 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...30 percent.
