For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Depression Felicia, located around 1000 
miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Felicia has moved into 
the Central Pacific Hurricane Centers area of responsibility 
and will issue the next advisory by 5 PM HST Tuesday. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

WMO header WTPZ31 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP1. Forecast 
Advisories on Tropical Depression Felicia are issued under WMO 
header WTPZ21 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCMEP1.
