For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Isaias, located just east of Andros Island in the central Bahamas, 
and on Tropical Depression Ten, located over the far eastern 
Atlantic to the northeast of the Cabo Verde Islands. 

1. A westward-moving tropical wave located about 600 miles east of the 
northern Leeward Islands continues to produce disorganized showers 
and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are forecast to become 
more conducive for development in a day or two, and a tropical 
depression could form early next week.  This system is forecast to  
turn northwestward and then northward over the western Atlantic, 
passing north of the Leeward Islands through the middle of next 
week.

* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent.
