For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Irma, located near the Turks and Caicos Islands, on Hurricane Jose,
located over the central Atlantic Ocean, and on Hurricane Katia,
located over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.

1. A tropical wave is expected to emerge off the coast of Africa in
approximately two days.  Environmental conditions may be favorable
for the development of this system as it progresses
west-northwestward over the eastern Atlantic Ocean early next week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
