For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

1. Disorganized cloudiness and showers in the eastern Atlantic are
associated with a tropical wave located several hundred miles
southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands.  Any development of this
system for the next several days is expected to be slow to occur due
to dry air while the wave moves westward at 10 to 15 mph.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
