ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT SAT AUG 29 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Erika, located between Haiti and Cuba. 1. Showers and thunderstorms have increased in association with a broad area of low pressure located just west of the coast of west Africa.
