For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Philippe, located a couple of hundred miles east of the 
Leeward Islands, and has issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical 
Cyclone Rina, located over the central subtropical Atlantic.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 7 days.
