For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Franklin, located several hundred miles southwest of Bermuda, and on 
Tropical Storm Idalia, located over the far northwestern Caribbean 
Sea.

1. Eastern Tropical Atlantic:
A tropical wave is forecast to move off the west coast of Africa 
during the next couple of days. Some gradual development of this 
system is possible later this week while the system moves westward 
or west-northwestward across the eastern tropical Atlantic.

* Formation chance through 7 days...low...30 percent.
