Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on 
Post-Tropical Cyclone Eugene, located several hundred miles 
west-northwest of the southern tip of the Baja California 
peninsula. 

1. Central Part of the Basin:
An area of low pressure could form several hundred miles south or 
southwest of the southwestern coast of Mexico by the end of the 
week. Some slow development of this system is possible this weekend 
while it moves generally westward. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...30 percent.
