ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1000 AM PST THU NOV 19 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Rick, located a few hundred miles south- southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. 1. An area of low pressure is expected to form several hundred miles south or southwest of the Gulf of Tehuantepec late this weekend or early next week.
