For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. An elongated area of low pressure located about 1300 miles west-
southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
continues to produce a large area of disorganized cloudiness and
showers. Upper-level winds are expected to be only marginally
conducive, and any development of this system during the next few
days should be slow to occur while it moves slowly westward to
west-northwestward.
