TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL

For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Howard, located about 1400 miles west of the southern tip
of the Baja California peninsula.  The National Hurricane Center
is also issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Ten-E, located
more than 800 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja
California peninsula.

1. An area of low pressure could form near the southern coast of
Mexico late this weekend in association with the remnants of
Atlantic Tropical Storm Earl after it moves across southern Mexico.
Some subsequent development of this system is possible while
it moves west-northwestward near the southwestern coast of Mexico
early next week.
