FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

1. A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER CENTERED A COUPLE HUNDRED
MILES SOUTH OF MANZANILLO MEXICO IS MOVING SLOWLY WESTWARD. THIS
SYSTEM HAS SOME POTENTIAL FOR SLOW DEVELOPMENT DURING THE NEXT DAY
OR TWO...AND THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR 20 PERCENT...OF THIS
SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
