1. A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER HAS DEVELOPED A COUPLE HUNDRED
MILES SOUTHWEST OF ZIHUATANEJO MEXICO. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO BE UNFAVORABLE FOR SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT OF THIS
SYSTEM...AND THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR 10 PERCENT...OF THIS
SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
