DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 19.5 North, longitude 119.0 West. The
depression is moving toward the north-northwest near 12 mph (19
km/h). A turn toward the northwest and west at a faster forward
speed is expected over the next couple of days.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher
gusts. The depression could become a tropical storm today, however
weakening is expected thereafter, and the system is expected to
become a remnant low by Monday night.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
