At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E
was located near latitude 13.0 North, longitude 133.7 West. The
depression has been stationary for the past several hours. It is 
forecast to meander for the next several days, with little overall 
change in position.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Minor fluctuations in intensity are possible during the next two or
three days.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
