The government of Antigua and the government of France issued 
Tropical Storm Warnings for the islands of Anguilla and St. 
Barthelemy, respectively, at 11 AM AST (1500 UTC).  These islands 
were not included in the watch and warning section of the 11 AM AST 
Public Advisory but will be included in the 2 PM AST Intermediate 
Public Advisory.
