WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.1 NORTH...LONGITUDE 22.2 WEST. THE
DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 14 MPH...22
KM/HR.  A WESTWARD TO WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.  ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE
CENTER OF THE DEPRESSION IS EXPECTED TO PASS NEAR THE SOUTHERNMOST
CAPE VERDE ISLANDS TONIGHT AND MONDAY.
