MILES...400 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF ZIHUATANEJO MEXICO.
 
NORBERT IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR.  A TURN
TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
