LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 23.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 109.2 WEST OR ABOUT 75
MILES...125 KM...NORTHEAST OF CABO SAN LUCAS MEXICO AND ABOUT 140
MILES...225 KM...SOUTH OF LOS MOCHIS MEXICO.
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 10 MPH..AND THIS
GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON
THIS TRACK...LOWELL WILL MOVE OVER THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE GULF
