HANNA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF
DAYS...WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED. ON THIS
