715 MILES...1155 KM... WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR  8 MPH
...13 KM/HR... AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE
