340 MILES... 550 KM...SOUTHWEST OF HALIFAX NOVA SCOTIA.
 
OPHELIA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 21 MPH...33 KM/HR...AND
THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH AN INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.  THIS MOTION WILL BRING THE
