FRANKLIN HAS BEEN DRIFTING TOWARD THE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST NEAR  3 MPH
... 6 KM/HR FOR THE PAST FEW HOURS.  A SLOW AND ERRATIC DRIFT IS
EXPECTED TONIGHT...WITH A MOTION TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST FORECAST
TO RESUME ON MONDAY.
