BAHAMAS.

FRANKLIN IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH ...20
KM/HR...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...
FOLLOWED BY A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTH WITH A DECREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED.
