.SYNOPSIS...An upper trough will support scattered showers and 
thunderstorms over the region through mid week. Gentle to 
moderate trade winds will persist through Fri as high pressure 
remains well north of the area. NE swell will continue to move 
through the Atlantic waters and passages over the next several 
days.
