.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will be reinforced 
by an expansive area of strong high pressure that will shift
eastward off New England and  across the north-central Atlantic 
through the rest of the week. The associated pressure gradient 
will generally maintain moderate to fresh trades and  moderate 
to rough seas in mixed NE and E swell over the local Atlantic 
waters, and primarily E trade wind swell over the Caribbean 
waters through the forecast period.
