.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will support
mainly fresh trade winds into Wed night, with locally strong NE 
winds in Caribbean waters. A large, long period northwest swell 
will continue to bring hazardous marine conditions during this
period, with peak seas in Atlantic waters of up to 10 ft into Wed
morning. Late this week into the the weekend, a more typical
trade wind pattern will develop, bringing moderate to locally
fresh NE to E winds and moderate seas.
