.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from south of the Dominican
Republic near 15N70W, northward over the eastern Dominican
Republic and continuing well into the Atlantic to near 31N61W. 
This trough will continue to enhance the development of scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms over most of the regional 
waters. Trade winds will increase some beginning this weekend
under the influence of broad high pressure that will be building 
over the western Atlantic behind a cold front.
