FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

1. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DIMINISHED IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE
REMNANT LOW OF TROPICAL STORM ARLENE LOCATED ABOUT 200 MILES SOUTH
OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.  DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM
IS NOT EXPECTED DUE TO COLD SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES.  THERE IS A
LOW CHANCE...0 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE
DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.  

TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
