DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 1100 AM HST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Norbert was 
located near latitude 18.8 North, longitude 134.0 West. Norbert is 
moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h), and a 
west-northwestward to westward motion is expected during the next 
few days.
 
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 45 mph (75 km/h) 
with higher gusts. Some fluctuations in intensity remain possible 
for the rest of the day, followed by a gradual weakening trend after 
that.
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 105 miles (165 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb (29.59 inches).
