Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

19N W of 55W

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge N of the area combined with the Colombian
low will continue to support fresh to strong winds over most of
the east and central Caribbean the remainder of the weekend. Peak
winds to minimal gale-force are expected offshore Colombia tonight.
A strong tropical wave, with axis near 65W, will continue to impact
the eastern Caribbean today. Fresh to strong winds, moderate to 
rough seas and locally heavy rain will be associated with the 
wave, forecast to move across the central Caribbean tonight through
Mon, reaching the NW part of the basin Mon night into Tue. Another
tropical wave, currently Invest AL94, will approach the Leeward 
Islands by Tue. Tropical cyclone development of this system is not
expected.
