.SYNOPSIS...A trough extends over the NE waters from a 1017 mb 
low centered near 31N57.5W, with scattered to numerous showers and
thunderstorms associated this system. The low is forecast to 
drift NE over the next couple of days. Otherwise, high pressure 
will prevail. Moderate to fresh trades along with moderate to 
locally rough seas are expected south of 25N over the next few 
days, with gentle to locally moderate winds elsewhere.
