DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Greg was
located near latitude 14.4 North, longitude 130.1 West.  Greg is
moving toward the west near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this general
motion is expected to continue through Monday.  A turn toward the
west-northwest at a slower forward speed is expected Monday night
and Tuesday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in strength is forecast through Monday, but some
weakening is likely Monday night and Tuesday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 105 miles (165 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1001 mb (29.56 inches).
