Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on 
Potential Tropical Cyclone One-C, located about 895 miles 
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...90 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.

The National Hurricane Center is also issuing advisories on newly 
formed Tropical Depression Eight-E, located a little over 1400 
miles west of the southern tip of Baja California.
