For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Polo, located southwest of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Hurricane 
Nolo, located a few hundred miles south-southwest of the Big Island 
of Hawaii, on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Rachel, located 
several hundred miles southwest of the Acapulco, Mexico, and has 
issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Odalys, located 
well west of the southern tip of Baja California.

Well East-Southeast of the Hawaiian Islands:
A broad area of low pressure located well east-southeast of the 
Hawaiian Islands is producing a large area of showers and 
thunderstorms. Recent satellite-derived wind data indicate that the 
system is becoming better organized. Environmental conditions are 
expected to be conducive for further development, and a tropical 
depression is likely to form during the next day or two. The system 
should move generally northeastward and remain well east-southeast 
of the Hawaiian Islands.
