DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Iselle was
located near latitude 21.8 North, longitude 123.5 West. Iselle is
moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this
general motion is expected to continue over the next few days.
Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
Steady weakening is expected, and Iselle is forecast to become a
post-tropical remnant low by early Thursday.
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 230 miles (370 km)
from the center.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 996 mb (29.42 inches).
HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND

SURF: Swells generated by Iselle will continue to affect the west
coast of the Baja California Peninsula for a couple more days. These
swells are likely to cause life-threatening surf and rip current
conditions. Please consult products from your local weather office.
