DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 1100 AM AST (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Hanna was
located near latitude 34.6 North, longitude 45.5 West. Hanna is
moving toward the southeast near 12 mph (19 km/h) and and this
motion is forecast to continue over the next day or so followed by
a turn to the east-northeast.
 
Recent satellite wind data indicates that maximum sustained winds 
are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is 
expected during the next couple of days, and Hanna is likely to 
become a post-tropical cyclone by the latter part of this week.
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
