DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 300 PM GMT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fay was
located near latitude 33.3 North, longitude 32.0 West.  Fay is 
moving toward the south near 5 mph (7 km/h).  A gradual turn toward 
the southwest and west-southwest is expected over the next few days.
 
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 50 mph (85 km/h) 
with higher gusts.  Continued weakening is forecast, and Fay could
degenerate to a post-tropical remnant low in a couple of days.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1000 mb (29.53 inches).
