At 900 PM GMT (2100 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Fay 
was located near latitude 30.8 North, longitude 35.3 West. The 
post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-southwest near 9 mph 
(15 km/h). A gradual turn toward the west is expected during the 
next few days.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. 
The remnant low is expected to gradually weaken during the next few 
days.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1011 mb (29.86 inches).
