At 300 AM GMT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fay was 
located near latitude 29.9 North, longitude 43.4 West. Fay is moving 
toward the west-southwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). A gradual turn to 
the south-southwest is expected to occur, along with an increase in 
forward speed.
 
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 40 mph (65 km/h), 
with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast during the 
next 48 hours.
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
