DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 900 AM GMT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fay was
located near latitude 33.8 North, longitude 32.1 West. Fay is moving
very slowly toward the south-southeast near 2 mph (4 km/h). A 
faster motion to the southwest is anticipated during the next few 
days.
 
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 65 mph (100 km/h) 
with higher gusts. Continued weakening is forecast, and Fay could 
degenerate to a post-tropical cyclone in a day or two.
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 997 mb (29.44 inches).
