At 900 PM GMT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fay was 
located near latitude 29.8 North, longitude 43.0 West. Fay is moving 
toward the west-southwest near 5 mph (7 km/h). A gradual turn to the 
southwest is expected to occur along with an increase in forward 
speed.
 
Maximum sustained winds have weakened to near 50 mph (85 km/h) with 
higher gusts. Gradual weakening is expected to occur for the next 
few days.
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
