At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Irwin
was located near latitude 25.9 North, longitude 129.2 West. The
depression is moving toward the north-northwest near 10 mph (17
km/h).  A motion toward the northwest should begin later today.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 35 mph (55 km/h)
with higher gusts. Irwin is forecast to become a remnant low later
today.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
