At 300 PM MDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Kay was
located near latitude 20.3 North, longitude 113.1 West.  Kay is
moving toward the northwest near 6 mph (9 km/h).  A turn toward the
west-northwest is forecast on Sunday or Sunday night.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
Kay is expected to slowly weaken during the next 48 hours.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 60 miles (95 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1000 mb (29.53 inches).
