located near latitude 15.8 North, longitude 109.7 West. Estelle is
moving toward the west-northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h) and this
general motion is expected to continue for the next 48 hours.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
strengthening is expected during the next 48 hours, and Estelle is
forecast to become a hurricane on Sunday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km)
from the center.
