DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Enrique was
located near latitude 18.7 North, longitude 131.2 West.  Enrique is
moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this
motion is expected to continue during the next 48 hours.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher
gusts.  Gradual weakening is expected during the next couple of
days.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1000 mb (29.53 inches).
